Terms of service

Last updated: 9 September 2026

These terms govern the use of anyfilestudio.com and of the tools you find here. By using the site you accept them. They are written to be read: if something is unclear, get in touch.

1. Who provides the service

The site is published by Davide Pergola, Pioltello (MI), Italy — info@prgspace.com. AnyFileStudio is the name under which the service is published.

2. What the service is

A set of free tools for working on your own files. There is no sign-up, no account, no payment and no supply contract: the service is offered as is, in whatever state it happens to be in at the time.

The tools work inside your browser: the files you process are never sent to us. What that means for the data we do and do not handle is set out in the privacy policy.

3. Check the result

This is the most important paragraph on the page. The tools are tested, but no tool is infallible on every file: check the result before you rely on it, and keep the original until you have. That matters most when the result has a consequence you cannot undo — a document redacted before handing it over, a signed form, a barcode sent to print, an archive delivered in place of the original files.

We cannot recover or reconstruct a file: it never reached us.

4. How you may use it

You may use the tools freely, personally and professionally, commercially included, without asking us and without crediting us. We do ask you to:

  • process only files you have the right to work on, and in particular not to use the site for unlawful content or to circumvent someone else’s protection measures;
  • not attempt to make the site unusable for others, nor to harvest its pages automatically beyond what robots.txt allows;
  • not pass the service off as your own, nor republish it under another name.

5. Your files stay yours

We acquire no rights over the files you process or the results you obtain: they never reach us, we do not keep them, and we could not use them even if we wanted to. You grant us no licence by uploading something, because you upload nothing.

6. What is ours

The AnyFileStudio name, the design of the site, the text of these pages and the code behind them are protected by copyright and remain with the site’s publisher. You may link to any page freely; copying the content to rebuild the site elsewhere, no.

7. Liability

The service is free and provided without warranty of result: we do not warrant that a tool is fit for any particular purpose, nor that it works on every file or in every browser. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for damage arising from the use or failure of the site, in particular loss of data or reliance on an unchecked result.

This clause does not limit liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, nor any rights the law grants to consumers.

8. Advertising

The site is free and funded by advertising. Ads are supplied by third parties and load only after your consent: their content is neither chosen nor vetted by us, and an advertised product is not a product we recommend. If you see an inappropriate ad, tell us — which page you saw it on and what it showed.

9. Links to third-party sites

Some pages link to sites we do not run. On those sites their own terms and policies apply, not these.

10. Availability and changes

Being a free service, it may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time, without notice, and a tool may change behaviour or disappear. There is no continuity commitment we could make and keep: if you need a result, download it when you get it.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The version in force is the one published on this page, bearing the date shown above; by continuing to use the site after an update you accept it in its new form.

12. Governing law

Italian law applies. For disputes with someone using the site as a consumer, the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction; otherwise, the courts of Milan.
